Description

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers who require technical support for a product or service.
- Over the phone or by email, chat, or remote access tools, providing troubleshooting help and resolving technical issues.
- Selling customers more products or services.
- Showing customers product characteristics, perks, and advantages.
- Using a CRM system to track and document customer interactions and complaints.
- Following up with consumers to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- As needed, escalate complicated or unsolved issues to senior technical support or management.
- Attending training and continuing education to stay current on product and service knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (K-12) with 6 months Call Center Experience
