Description

Greeting customers: The customer service representative should greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, making them feel comfortable and valued.

Providing product information: The representative should be able to provide accurate and detailed information about products, including features, pricing, and availability.

Assisting with purchases: The representative should be able to help customers make purchases, including processing transactions and assisting with payment methods.

Resolving customer concerns: The representative should be able to handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. They should have the ability to resolve conflicts and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the retail company.

Handling returns and exchanges: The representative should be able to process returns and exchanges, including helping customers complete paperwork and facilitating the return or exchange process.

Upselling and cross-selling: The representative should be able to identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, such as warranties or add-on accessories.

Maintaining store cleanliness: The representative should be able to help maintain store cleanliness and organization, including keeping displays tidy and ensuring products are in their correct locations.

Qualifications

Applicants should be Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 calendar days
Good communication and computer navigation skills
Willing to work on site
Willing to work on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends
Willing to work full time
