Description

Responsibilities:
-Maintain a high level of customer service and deal with difficult situations.
-Ensure that all complaints received for branches are resolved through command.
-Compile/create statistics for service quality and productivity indicators.
-Ensure that internal and external guidelines are followed, and that audits and other inspections are conducted with minimal comments.
-To meet cost budgets, look for ways to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
-To meet the needs of customers, ensure that transactions are processed with high accuracy and commitment within the standard turnaround time.
-Monitor customer satisfaction survey ratings, net promoter score, or any other survey/feedback ratings obtained from customers and ensure continuous improvement if below benchmark, in order to sustain and improve service quality.
-Maintain process adherence and facilitate first-time resolution
-Reduce rejections and customer complaints

Salary:
Php 17,000/month

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School / Senior High School Graduate
