Job Description:
-Improve the experience of the client, adopt a positive outlook and superior customer service techniques.
-Phone current and prospective clients with precise information
-Assist clients by investigating problems, seeking solutions, and offering details and other options
-Make outgoing calls for customer support or satisfaction as directed by the client
-Complete call guidelines; compile and confirm the necessary data.

Upon production:

Php 4,000 - Account premium allowance

Signing Bonus - Php 100,000
Account Premium (Tenure Premium) 50,000 crediting spread from 13th month up to 24th month of employment

Qualifications

• With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
• Has good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Temporary Work from Home - willing to relocate in Manila
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
For Temporary WAH Set-up:
Must have stable internet connection (at least 50mbps)
