Qualifications
- Preferably completed 2 years in college
- Must have more than 6 months of call center experience handling international accounts.
- Accepting High school or Senior High school graduate with at least 1 year international BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
