Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to customers in the financial services and banking industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information about banking products and services offered, such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards
Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as fraud and compliance, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Keep accurate customer records and update relevant information as needed
Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of financial services products and services
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

Qualifications:

have at least 6 months CCE
Typing speed of 35 WPM
Must have Valid ID
at least 18 years of age and above
Willing to work on site
Atleast College Level for old curriculum or SHS Grad for new curriculum
Above Average communication skills
