Responsible for the implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational pricing initiatives.

Site: EDSA Greenfield
Schedule: Flexible Schedule Budget: 80k – 110K

Qualifications

-4 years of experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline is required. MBA is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability.
-Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company is a must.
-Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective preferred.
-Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities.
-Government pricing experience is a plus.
-Experienced professional with a background in detailed excel modeling, financial analysis experience, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables, basic VBA, and formulas and the use of web-based systems.
-Must have the ability to travel and work flexibility of time to meet deadlines for special projects.
-Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Access and PowerPoint.
-Experienced with Microsoft Power BI or DOMO reporting tools would be a plus, but not required. -Competent in decision-making and problem solving.
-Detail oriented yet able to present complex analyses in concise and actionable manner to all levels within the organization.
-Extraordinary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
-Pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests, and credit checks.
