• Ability to answer incoming calls & resolve customers queries & concern in a timely manner

Qualifications

At least High School Graduates (old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Amenable to work on-site on shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
