Description

Human resources managers are in charge of a company's or organization's hiring process, which includes recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Qualifications

-3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
-Must have BPO experience
-Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relations
-Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
-Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
-Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
-Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
