Description

Job Title: On-Site Financial Account Call Center Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled On-Site Financial Account Call Center Agent to join our team. As an On-Site Financial Account Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their financial accounts. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their financial accounts
Making outbound calls to customers to address issues or provide updates regarding their financial accounts
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
Updating customer account information as needed
Handling account-related issues such as billing, payments, and statements
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution
Meeting individual and team performance goals and objectives
Following all company policies and procedures regarding call handling, security, and confidentiality
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues
Staying up-to-date with product and service knowledge to better assist customers

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services industry
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to use a computer and phone for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person
