Description
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications
- At least 1 year international voice Call Center Experience
- Communication skills is average to good
- Amenable to work on site
Salary Package : PHP 20,000 + up to Php10,000 performance-based incentive monthly
