Description
We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, as well as strong programming and problem-solving skills. This role involves leading automation projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Design, document, and optimize business processes for automation.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA bots, ensuring they function smoothly.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications (APIs, databases, etc.).
Ensure RPA solutions comply with security and compliance standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Continuously research and implement best practices in automation and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
Expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, .NET, or JavaScript.
Experience with SQL databases, APIs, and system integrations.
Knowledge of AI/ML, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master RPA Developer) is preferred.
