Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners who have purchased home security systems. The CSR will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including billing, service requests, and troubleshooting technical issues. The CSR must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and able to effectively communicate with customers to resolve their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about home security products and services
Process customer orders and service requests
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
Update customer accounts with accurate information
Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy of billing and payments
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Amenable to work on site
Good to excellent communcation skills
at least 1 month CCE
