Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the team responsible for various activities in RTR – Inter company; reconciliations & month end related activities. Also providing guidance & training to other team members.
Ensure readiness for month end activities, adherence to cut offs and completeness of all entries done by the team.
Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions and statutory compliance
Ensure team alignment to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility and propose potential solutions.
Responsible to flag risks to clients and Neksjob stakeholders and propose action plans where needed.
