Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority banking customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, including account discrepancies, transaction errors, and billing disputes
Collaborate with other members of the banking team to ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Stay up-to-date on the latest banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that all interactions with customers are in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Provide education and guidance to customers on financial products and services, including loans, investments, and credit cards
Identify opportunities to upsell customers on additional banking products and services that meet their needs and goals
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all customers are satisfied with the level of service they are receiving
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure that customer data is kept confidential and secure
Act as an ambassador for the bank, promoting its brand and values through every customer interaction.

Qualifications

at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
with/without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
