Description

We are seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers in the airline industry. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Providing guidance to customers on baggage policies, flight schedules, and other airline-related topics
• Handling customer complaints and issues, including lost baggage, flight delays, and cancellations
• Processing ticket refunds and exchanges
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• At least HS or SHS graduate
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Work From Home/Work On-site

WFH Requirements:
• Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
• Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
• Wired connection from modem/router to PC
• Conductive workspace away from distractions
• Highly stable internet connection with no packet loss
