Hiring for Airline Account:
- Salary package: 30,500 and a 50,000 Sign on bonus

Provide high-quality customer service to customers, and ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via email or chat.
Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.

Qualifications

HIRING REQUIREMENT (AIRLINE ACCOUNT):
- 1 year Airline BPO Account Experience (Local or International)
- With Airline Account Experience (E.g., Cebu Pac, Qatar Airways, United Airlines, PAL and should be deploy under a BPO Company)
- Permanent Hybrid Work at Home set up; Must be willing to do Onsite training in Bridgetowne for 2 Months.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) OR K-12 Graduate (New Curriculum)
- Dayshift schedule
- SALARY PACKAGE of 30,500 and a 50,000 SIGN ON BONUS
- Start date on May 9, 2022
