Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the Hotel Reservation Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of a hotel reservation company. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with reservations, cancellations, changes, and general customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with hotel reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds
• Provide information about hotel amenities, location, and policies
• Handle billing inquiries and facilitate refunds and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes
• Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide suggestions to management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
• Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
• Good to Excellent communication skills
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
• Amenable to work on site
• At least 1 month CCE
