Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist users in detecting technical issues and determining appropriate solutions.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide consumers with step-by-step guidance over the phone.
• Ensure that difficulty tickets are kept up on and that technical cases are resolved satisfactorily.
• To efficiently support consumers, stay up to date on the latest technologies

Qualifications

Qualifications:
