Description

- Act as phone support for food delivery app.
- Provide customer support when consumers have questions or problems with their orders, delivery or payment
- Monitor various company communication channels and respond appropriately in a timely manner
- Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor

Qualifications

- Must be at least high school graduate/ SHS Graduate,
