Qualifications
Preferably a College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
With at least 1 year Call Center Experience
Good English communication skills
Must be trainable on Medical terms
Good comprehension skills
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
100% Work Onsite (BT – QC)
