The purpose of a master trainer is to empower and inspire participants to become successful trainers by assisting them in realizing how much they already know, encouraging them to reinforce their learning, and making sure they comprehend the training materials.

Qualifications

"MUST have a collections account background (Atleast 5 years)
MUST have a trainer/training experience (BPO)
Strong planning and organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong Presentation and Selling skills
Strong Leadership Skills
Very creative and has high technical skills
Tenure preferred is 5 years plus in the collections industry. Preferable with banking background in this area.
