Description

The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information to customers about our products and services
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives

Qualifications

Requirements:

HS/SHS graduate
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Willing to work on site
