Description

Salary:
Php 30,000/month

During a Typical Day, You'l
- Consult with customers about products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs through a variety of communication channels such as voice, email, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries by actively listening, identifying additional needs and supporting any product and service upgrades.
- Create and maintain customer accounts and data.
- Resolve technical issues patiently and clearly.
- Participate actively in company events, team activities, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Role:
- At least 1-3 years of experience and knowledge in using GDS systems such as (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo etc.)
- Preferably with experience in a Travel Agency or Airline
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
