Description

Customer service representatives help customers with their questions or inquiries, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and calmly help them with their complaints. They respond to calls and provide worthy solutions to the customers so that they leave them satisfied with the products and services.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and above
• Good to excellent communication skills
* College graduate or at least 2 years in college
• Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
* Willing and able to start immediately
* Amenable to work on site
* Must have at least 6 months experience in Med/Health Courses
