Description

An Accounting Staff is an accounting professional who is in charge of keeping financial records at a company, usually as part of a team. Their responsibilities include ensuring IRS compliance, reconciling bank statements, and balancing the ledger for regular reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- 6 months to 1 year experience in related field is preferred
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Maintain Payroll
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software should know systems for SSS , EFPS , SLSP , and BIR works
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
