Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues with telecommunications products and services, such as internet connectivity, TV service, and phone systems
• Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of their telecommunications products and services
• Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team for resolution
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's ticketing system
• Keep up-to-date with the latest telecommunications products and services, as well as technical support best practices
• Meet or exceed established technical support metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age and above
• Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
• Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
• Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
• Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
• No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
• Average to Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
