Description

Customers who have technical issues with a product or service are assisted by technical support personnel. Their duties include responding to user problems and offering solutions for technical goods and services. Tech support staff members are employed by call centers or an organization's information technology division.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and above
• Good to excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Amenable to work on-site

* Willing and able to start immediately

* Computer literate and with good computer navigation skills
