Description
A Call Center Agent assists clients with their questions and helps to resolve product or service issues. They are in charge of providing assistance from start to finish in order to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED
- Strong customer service orientation
- Well versed in North American accent
- Phone speaking neutral accent is preferred
- Sales Skills Experience in case management / account management (preferred not required)
- Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
