Responsibilities:
• Provide phone assistance for the meal delivery app.
• Assist customers who have questions or concerns with their orders, delivery, or payment.
• Monitor the various company communication channels and answer correctly and promptly.
• Collect feedback from drivers and passengers, monitor front-line concerns such as booking cancellation reasons, and report to supervisor as soon as possible.
