Description

An Application Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and expertise for software applications used within an organization. The role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software applications, and business operations. The Application Specialist will work closely with end-users, IT teams, and software vendors to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for software applications used by the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by end-users.
