Description

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries about travel bookings, schedules, fares, and other related queries.
- You may be responsible for booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related arrangements on behalf of customers.
- You will be responsible for managing and modifying reservations
- You may need to provide recommendations and suggestions for travel destinations, activities, and accommodations based on customer preferences and budget.
- You will be responsible for processing customer payments and providing receipts for travel-related transactions.
- You will need to address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing satisfactory solutions.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- You will need to adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, data privacy, and security.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel trends and industry news

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- At least B1 and up AM Score
- Average to Above average communication skills
- At least 6 months BPO experience ( Travel Account )
