Job Description:
In addition to receiving and responding to public requests for information and/or governmental services, work entails providing external customer service support. Work is performed with some supervision but little room for initiative or personal judgment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least college undergraduate
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
- With or without call center experience is accepted
- At least 6 mos. BPO experience
- Available to start ASAP​
