Description

As a Customer Service Representative for an Internet Television account, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have related to their subscription, billing, or technical difficulties with the service. You will need to have a strong understanding of the features and functionality of the internet television service, as well as the company's policies and procedures.

Your specific duties may include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshooting technical issues with the internet television service, including connectivity issues, video playback problems, and software errors.
Providing customers with information about billing and payment options, as well as resolving any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Assisting customers with navigating the internet television service, including helping them find specific programs, movies, or channels.
Escalating customer complaints to higher levels of management when necessary, and following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in the company's customer relationship management system.
Collaborating with other customer service representatives and technical support teams to provide the best possible customer experience.

Qualifications

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
