Description

In order to handle the customers' insurance needs, we are seeking for customer service representatives.



What will occupy your time?

Respond to routine incoming calls about insurance billing and payments, enforce the status policy, and answer inquiries about mortgage verification.

Expected to keep a handle time average of five minutes, update the system of record with concise notes, email concerned departments, and escalate calls as required.

Qualifications

at least 18 years old
Filipino national or possess the necessary status
preferably a graduate of any course from college
ready to start right away
No prior Teleperformance applications in the past two months, or one month if they were endorsed by a different BP.
ready to perform on-site work at Ayala Makati
CCE will be helpful but is not necessary.
Excellent to good communication skills
