Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
Good English communication skills.
Good reliability.
Able to work onsite
Experience working in a retail environment. Understanding of Alcohol products.
