Description
answer incoming calls from customers seeking internet TV subscriptions. Respond to enquiries about invoicing, activation, disconnection, and renewal requests. Help with simple troubleshooting, and refer Level 2 calls for more complicated problems. Verify that all calls adhere to the company's policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
-At least 6 months of CCE experience
- At least SHS Grad
- AM score: B2 above
- Above Average Communication skills
