Description

Responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information about their auto loans.
• Processing customer loan payments and ensuring that they are properly applied to their accounts.
• Resolving disputes and addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Working with customers who are delinquent on their loans, attempting to find solutions to bring their accounts current.
• Adhering to industry regulations and company policies related to auto finance accounts.
• Updating customer account information, such as address or payment details, as needed.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as collections or underwriting, to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
• Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers, and striving to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center Experience
• Any B1 and up AM Score
• Day Shift
• Above Average Communication skills
• Valid NBI Clearance is required but can endorse those with a schedule NBI release
• Must have reached College level education attainment for old curriculum
• Can accept SHS Grad for new curriculum
