• Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. - Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits.

Qualifications

• PH Registered nurse
• with active PRC license
• Must have at least 1 yr bedside experience
• has good customer service orientation
• has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in MS office and internet browsing
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Willing to work in Pasig or Quezon City area
