Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

Call Center Experience will be an advantage but not required
At least Above Average Communication Skills
Should have own personal PC/laptop (not borrowed) with specific device requirement Windows 10 OS, 4GB RAM above, i3 and above system; NO MACBOOK 12-15 Mbps internet LAN connection; No Prepaid
