Description

As a customer service representative in financial services and banks, your primary responsibility is to assist customers with their banking needs, inquiries, and transactions. Your duties and responsibilities may include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting customers with opening accounts, updating personal information, and performing various banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Providing customers with information on banking products and services, such as loans, mortgages, and credit cards.
• Troubleshooting customer issues with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking services.
• Adhering to regulatory compliance standards, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines.
• Promoting banking products and services to potential customers, when appropriate.
• Identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the bank's customer relationship management system.
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the bank's products, services, and policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

18 years of age and above
Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
Preferably a college graduate of any course
Willing to Start immediately
No prior application with Teleperformance in the last month or two months if endorsed by different BP
Willing to work on site (Ayala Makati)
Above Average Communication Skills
