Description
Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old and above
At least HS/SHS Graduate
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
With excellent english communication skills (both Oral and Written)
Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Amenable to work on-site
Willing and able to start immediately
