Description

Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 Years in College
• At least 6 months experience in handling a Travel Account is preferred
• Shifters 2 and Up (voice/international)
• Adapters with Travel Background (e.g. Travel Agents, Cabin and Ground Crew)
• Experience in Australian Campaign is an ADVANTAGE
• Good English communication skills and comprehension
