CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE
Campaign: AU Alcohol Account
Headcount Requirements: 10
● Work Condition: Project-based-5 months
● Work Type: Blended
● Work Schedule: Dayshift
● Work Arrangement: Onsite
● Reporting Site: Eastwood (1880)
● Salary Package: PHP 24,000 (21k basic + 3k nontaxable allowance)

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
● At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
● Good English communication skills.
● Good reliability.
● Able to work onsite
● Experience working in a retail environment. Understanding of Alcohol products.
● Previous experience in retail contact centre
● Have a smartphone that is capable of scanning QR codes
