-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Resolving customer inquiries/requests
-Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
-Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

Qualifications
-Work on Site
-At least High School Graduate/ Senior High School Graduate
-Good communication skills
-Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 months Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
-(AR Experience: Related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking, Payment Allocation, Credit Hold)
