Description

Responsobilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Contact clients to tell them of new products or services, to follow up on service issues, or to conduct surveys.
- Provide technical assistance, such as debugging problems, guiding clients through problem-solving methods, and escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Manage client accounts, including updating customer information, processing payments, and providing billing support.
- Capable of professionally and successfully resolving client issues while also striving to remedy the matter.
- Agents must be able to manage their time effectively in order to meet these objectives while providing high-quality service to customers.
- When answering consumer calls, agents must adhere to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At Least High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
- Can Start ASAP
