Description

Duties/Responsibilities
Taking incoming calls and responding
processing of payments and orders
addressing customer grievances
contacting customers again
placing a call to a third party
Upselling and cross-selling
doing market research
maintaining and upgrading client databases
Feedback from customers is gathered and reported on.
educating and integrating new call center employees

Qualifications

-Applicant must be at least 18 years old
- Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- Above Average English communication skills
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
- Willing To Work On Site
- With At least 6months Experience of Call Center Agent
