Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support / Blended (Voice & Non-voice)
Work Schedule: AU Timezone
Reporting Site: The Curve BGC (30 hires) & 1880 Eastwood (20 hires)
Salary Package: 22,000.00 all in package (19k Basic + 3k Non-tax Allowance)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

At least Sr. High School graduate
With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not required
Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
Amenable to Report Onsite
