Description

Call Center Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least 18 years old and above

* At least High School/SHS Graduate

* Must not be student/ enrolled

* Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

* With excellent English communication skills (both Oral and Written)

* Willing to work Full-time/Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends

* Amenable to work on-site

* Willing and able to start immediately
