Description

Responsible for handling customer complaints, providing information about products and services, referring customers to supervisors when necessary and reviewing/making changes to the accounts of customers.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years in college
• More than 1 yr BPO experience handling international accounts.
• Background with financial/sales international programs/accounts is preferred.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (at least neutral accent).
• Has exceptional customer service skills.
• Computer literate specifically in MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
